Gaëtan exerce actuellement en tant que kinésithérapeute et thérapeute manuel dans un cabinet libéral. Il est également actif dans le milieu de la formation en temps qu'assistant à l'UCL pour différents cours. Il y enseigne entre-autre, avec son collègue David Strul, le module sur l'épaule du cursus de thérapie manuelle.
